DetailsAn artisan-made and utterly unique solid gold ring, handmade by me in my Connecticut studio. This solid 14 karat gold ring features a delicate domed band and an oval pear-green tourmaline cabochon. The gold produces fascinating color effects in the tourmaline. From some angles, it appears golden; from others dark green; then light green; then colorless. A scrying ring perfect for a little indulgence. The ring is U.S. size 6 1/2.
14 karat gold is a very durable, low-maintenance metal and an excellent choice for jewelry that will be worn often. This is a good thing, because you won't want to take this ring off. Gold is among the most hypoallergenic of metals.
